How should jeans fit? Are you wearing the right fit of jeans?
In my men’s jeans guide, I outline six different styles of jeans and what men’s body shape they will suit. Understanding how jeans should fit is important in order to get the best style of jeans for you.
Men’s jeans come in a variety of shapes and fits but they won’t suit everyone.
In my jeans style guide, I’ll be covering men’s skinny jeans; slim jeans; straight jeans; athletic jeans; standard jeans; and bootcut jeans.

My waist is around 30, and my thighs are around 23-24 inches.I work out. Which fit should I look for ? Also, suggest some brands in the $50-100 range.
Brand battle lynx vs vo5 clays pls
i wear carrot fit jeans thanks Robin you helped me a lot
There might be a compromise… I live in the west. The guys out here are cowboys that wear tight wranglers and cowboy boots. Lots of rodeos with muscular cowboys in boot cut wranglers. Have mercy. I’m married and I’m going to hell. Don’t tell my mama.
More awesome series from you robin good work. What if i have bigger body from up to middle i mean i have big chest but i have slightly thin leg (smaller from middle to bottom ) if this make any sense what is the best fit for me? thanks
Robin, once again you nailed that perfect hairstyle! Have a great week ahead!
what’s your favorite hair product overall?
wear them large, done.
i choose the fit of my jeans based on how tight the area around my calves are. Too tight just looks ridiculous.
Great video, but I feel your jeans/trousers here and in instagram photos are slightly too long, resulting in the fabric sort of ‘pooling’ at the bottom. Do you usually get them tailored? I have all of my trousers/jeans hemmed and tapered. Only costs ~£15.
I hate boot cut jeans! Always look odd. Slim fit all the way.
I didn’t even know athletic fit was a thing, but i really like them
dude i cannot find skinny jeans for Levi’s plz name some series of Levi’s for skinny my waist size 28
loose and boot cut the best
Can you do Men’s shorts shorts next, please?
Pro Tip: If you are super skinny, to the point to wear men’s skinny jeans look like standard jeans on you, I HIGHLY recommend wearing women’s skinny jeans. I’ve recently started doing this because I’ve always had this problem, and I am absolutely in love with the way they look and feel. Trust me, most people won’t even know the difference, and if they do, who cares because you look dope. I hope this helps someone.
Anything baggier than skinny is a no. They become bootcuts, and that is a no. A big no
make videos on what to wear with sports shoes
women love ass now and days and it looks good to be honest. cargo shorts make my ass look good and im a straight guy. but when i ware jeans my ass looks saggy, and i dont think that will look attractive to the ladies in my opinion. i love cargo shorts and demin vest. kickass combination.
Can you make a video about shoewear, like what to use and whatnot. Great video. cheers!
nice video man , i enjoyed it 😀 thanks ^_^
funny thing is that boot cut looks better
Fabulous coverage of Jeans for all men! Bravo Robin. I wear Levis 501 in black, blue, white, grey and red. The black and grey get the most wearing but it’s nice to have the others to fit my mood. Looking to add tan as well. Love mixing them up with casual and formal touches. Its all in the styling, accessories and attitude. Cheers.
Was actually some really helpful information. Thank you.
Hi Robin, i have so many problems to find a jean which fits me because my body is so weird lol.
Like, i’m 5.7 and 65 kg, which is a normal weight for my height. But it’s like all the 65 kg are in my legs ! It’s so embarssing like i’m 19 and i want to wear skinny or at least slim jeans, jeans that will let my shoes appear very well, and normally i can because i’m not like fat or somethin, but every jean that i wear is so tight around my legs.
So my question is : is there athletic or standad jeans which are tight around the ankle ? Or if there isn’t what can u advise me for my situation ?
What would you charge to follow me around for like a week and help me with hair and style tips with my clothes XD
My legs are small and I have like no ass and when I wear skinny jeans i just feel like i look like a crack head dude but i like the style of it on other people. I might try on some athletics to fill the lower half of me out but i like skinnies cause theyre tight around the ankles. ill forever be confused about this
Thank you 🙂 Good advice
