Saint Model 1 Unbreakable Armoured Motorcycle Jeans Review – URBAN RIDER

The Saint Model 1 jeans are made using a CE approved fabric that offers top levels of abrasion resistance, put together in a package that is stylish and reassuringly protective.

Australian brand Saint is very quickly making a name for itself as the manufacturer of one of the strongest motorcycle jeans money can buy: the Saint Model 1 Jean. By far the most impressive aspect of these denims is the fact that they’re a single layer jean. There’s no liners getting in the way or making these uncomfortably warm. The Model 1 is constructed from Saint’s Unbreakable CE level 1 14oz Denim that offers a 6 second (or 75 meter) slide time. It comes equipped with removable level 2 hip armour and level 1 adjustable knee armour. The single layer design and straight fit make for a stylish and comfortable trouser suitable for wearing all day long, while the aforementioned levels of protection remove any need for compromise.

these or the uglybros 2slub-K?

Nicholas Willig says:

Possibly an odd question, but does the material have any sort of funny odor to it? I feel that with a lot of those super technical fabrics, you sometimes get that. On a related note, are there any unusual care requirements for the jeans, or are they simply machine washable? Thank you! Excellent video

Polyurethane; doesn’t it melt into the skin in a high speed slide?

DaMaX74 says:

Do you prefer the Saint over the Rev’it Lombard 2? All my riding jeans are from Rev’it and too bad they didn’t make a Campo 2. I stay with the Rev’it jeans, ’cause didn’t found better motorjeans in the European market.
